Pioneering in Customer Success Enablement, she rolled out two key initiatives: an Enablement Strategy and a Readiness Coaching Program. The enablement strategy encompassed creating a knowledge & skills framework for remote, field and cross-pillar CSMs with various accreditaion levels on product and operational excellence. Additionally a tailor made scenario based training was created to encompass all of the learnings and delivery skills required to confidently and succesfully engage with customers. The Readiness Program comprised of creating onboarding programs, handbooks, resource centres and continues learning paths leveraging diverse learning platforms.
Global Customer Success Program Manager | Oracle Marketing Cloud
Tasked with the ask to scale specialized adoption services across wider teams and regions, Isabel created an Expertise and Confidence charter that lay at the basis of enabling a global group of CSMs to engage with their Marketing Cloud customers in a strategic and pro-active manner. The forthcoming plan encompassed experiential goals, knowledge gathering and accreditation exercises. In her next role Isabel was tasked with expanding this approach across the full Oracle SaaS portfolio.

Guiding 100’s of customers throughout their Modern Marketing Journey. As a team of ‘true and tested’ Modern Marketing veterans we engaged with Oracle Marketing Cloud’s customers to help guide them through their own Modern Marketing Journey. How? We developed our own set of guided exercises to apply an organization’s strategy into modern marketing best practices. Engaging with all levels within the organization (from CMO to HRO) we ensured that the key foundations to success were in place and aligned.

Having joined from the get-go, I leveraged my experience as a marketer and marketing automation award winner (Eloqua Markie 2007 for Best Interactive Campaign) to help our clients implement their own marketing automation platforms and execute their own campaigns within these platforms.
